Currency and the final amount

DARENZ displays prices in Indian rupees. The checkout shows the final amount before you place the order, including applicable tax, discount, delivery charge and COD fee.

Standard delivery is ₹99 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below ₹1,999 and complimentary when it is ₹1,999 or more. COD, when available, adds ₹49 regardless of the delivery threshold.

Payment methods

The current payment methods are the options displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by device, address, order value, payment-provider status or fraud controls. Do not transfer money to a personal account or payment address sent through an unverified social-media message.

DARENZ will never ask for a card PIN, CVV or one-time password. If someone requests one while claiming to represent DARENZ, end the conversation and contact support@darenz.in directly.

Payment authorisation

A bank or payment provider may authorise an amount before the order is accepted. If an order is declined or cancelled, a released authorisation can take time to disappear from your statement; that timing is controlled by the bank or provider.

If the checkout reports failure but your account appears debited, do not make repeated payments immediately. Check for an order confirmation, retain the transaction reference and contact Client Services. We will reconcile the order record with the payment information available to us.

Cash on delivery

COD costs ₹49 and is available only where shown at checkout. A COD order may require telephone or message verification. Please keep the order amount available through the payment options accepted by the delivery service at the time of delivery.

Pricing corrections

If a genuine price or product-data error affects an order, DARENZ will contact you before dispatch and offer the choice to continue with accurate information or cancel for a full refund. We do not increase an accepted payment without consent.

Promotions

Promotion terms shown with an offer govern its dates, eligible products, minimum spend and combinations. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied after an order is placed. A refund never exceeds the amount paid for the returned item.

Refunds

Approved return refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection. A bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. COD refunds are sent using suitable bank or UPI details requested through an authenticated Client Services conversation.
