Help us find the answer quickly

For an existing order, include the order number and the email or telephone number used at checkout. For a product question, include the product name, colour and size. For visible damage or an incorrect item, attach clear photographs of the item, label and outer package where reasonably possible.

Never send card credentials, a PIN, CVV or one-time password. Do not mail a return to the business address or any address found online until DARENZ has issued written return instructions.
