Shipping policy

Where DARENZ delivers

Serviceable addresses within India. Checkout will tell you if your pincode is not one of them. We do not offer international delivery under this policy.

Delivery charge

₹99 when your merchandise subtotal after discounts is under ₹1,999, and complimentary at ₹1,999 or more. Cash on delivery, where shown, adds a separate ₹49 handling fee regardless of subtotal.

Print window and dispatch

Nothing is printed until your order is placed. Printing takes 2–4 business days, then the parcel dispatches. Processing can run longer around weekends, public holidays, address or payment verification, or unusually high demand. An estimate here is not an appointment.

Delivery window

3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on courier and location.

Confirming a COD order

We may call or WhatsApp you before a COD order ships, to confirm it is really yours. It is a small friction that keeps fake orders from costing everyone else. Refusing a confirmed COD delivery can restrict COD on orders you place after it.

Partial payment

Where offered at checkout, paying a small amount upfront reduces the COD amount collected at your door.

Address and tracking

Give us a complete, accurate address and a number you will actually answer. Tracking is sent when the courier provides it. If something needs correcting, email support@darenz.in immediately. Once a parcel is moving, a change cannot be guaranteed.

Failed delivery and undelivered prepaid orders

After a failed attempt, a refusal, or an address that cannot be reached, a parcel returns to us. For a prepaid order that comes back this way, re-shipping it, or returning your payment instead, costs ₹200, deducted before any refund. We will always contact you first to ask which you would prefer.

Damage or tampering

Check the outer package before you accept it. If it looks opened or damaged, photograph it before you unbox further and contact us straight away. For a missing, damaged or wrong item, keep everything, the item, tags and box, while we look into it. See the Return and Refund Policy for what happens next.
