THE TERMS

1. Credit is issued in Indian rupees to the DARENZ account used for the order, seven days after delivery, on the merchandise value paid after discounts, excluding delivery and cash-on-delivery handling. Amounts are rounded to the nearest ₹10.
2. Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for gift cards. It expires twelve months after it is issued.
3. A refund reverses the credit issued for the refunded piece. If your balance is lower than that amount, the difference is waived.
4. Your link gives a first-time customer complimentary standard delivery on one prepaid order. ₹200 credit is issued to you a week after their piece is delivered. Orders on your own account, duplicate accounts and resold codes do not count.
5. DARENZ may change or end this arrangement with thirty days’ notice on this page. Credit already issued remains valid until its expiry date.
6. Abuse ends membership and voids unredeemed credit.
