1. About these terms

These Terms of Service and Sale govern your use of darenz.in and any order placed with DARENZ through the site. In these terms, “DARENZ”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean DARENZ, and “you” means the visitor or customer.

DARENZ operates from 7th Floor, 601, Sunshree D2, NIBM Post Office Road, Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411048, India. You can contact Client Services at support@darenz.in or +91 78418 15820.

By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian consumer law.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place and manage the order for you.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the name, telephone number, email address, billing information and delivery address supplied to us. Tell Client Services promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. Products, fit and imagery

We aim to describe every product with care. Product pages should be read together with their fit, material, care and size information. Measurements are guides and should be checked before ordering.

Colours and textures may look different across displays, lighting conditions and production batches. Editorial images may be retouched or digitally produced to express the DARENZ world. They do not replace product specifications, product-only imagery or required customer information. Where a material, finish, size or construction detail is stated on the product page, that product-page detail governs the purchase.

A product marked Preview, Coming Soon or Not Yet Available is editorial information only and cannot be purchased until checkout is enabled for that product. Displaying a preview product does not create an offer, reservation or promise of future stock.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. The final amount payable—including applicable taxes, delivery charges, COD fee, discounts and other disclosed charges—is shown before you submit payment or confirm a COD order.

Availability can change without notice. Placing an item in a bag or wish list does not reserve it. We may set reasonable purchase limits where necessary to preserve fair access or prevent misuse.

If a genuine pricing, description or stock error affects an order, we will contact you before dispatch. You may accept the corrected information or cancel the affected item for a full refund. We will never charge a higher corrected price without your express agreement.

5. Placing and accepting an order

Submitting an order is your offer to purchase the selected products. An automated receipt only confirms that we received the order; it does not prevent reasonable payment, stock, address or fraud checks. A contract of sale is formed when DARENZ accepts the order and sends an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, as applicable to the checkout flow.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, failed payment, an unserviceable or incomplete address, suspected fraud, misuse of a promotion, or a material product or pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will return the amount collected for the cancelled item, including any related delivery or COD charge where applicable.

6. Payment

Available payment methods appear at checkout and may vary by address, order value or payment-provider availability. Cash on delivery, when shown, carries a ₹49 service fee. We may contact you to verify a COD or higher-risk order before accepting it.

Payment services are provided by independent payment partners. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. DARENZ does not ask you to send card credentials, PINs, CVVs or one-time passwords by email, telephone or social media.

7. Delivery

DARENZ currently delivers within India. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, subject to serviceability, payment or COD verification, public holidays and events outside reasonable control. An estimate is not a guaranteed appointment.

Standard delivery costs ₹99 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below ₹1,999 and is complimentary when it is ₹1,999 or more. A ₹49 COD fee applies separately where COD is available. Full delivery terms are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person you authorised at the delivery address. Please inspect the outer package at delivery and contact us promptly if it appears damaged, opened or tampered with.

8. Cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting Client Services. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun. After dispatch, the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy applies.

Eligible items may be submitted for return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Preference returns are sent at the customer’s cost. One size exchange per order is complimentary for an eligible item. DARENZ covers return and replacement delivery when we supplied a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Pierced jewellery is subject to hygiene restrictions. Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection. Full eligibility, exclusions, inspection standards and refund treatment are set out in our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

9. Promotions and store credit

A promotion is governed by the conditions shown with it and may have a defined period, product scope or minimum spend. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. A refund for a discounted item will not exceed the amount actually paid for that item.

Any gift card or store credit is subject to the terms disclosed when it is issued. Your statutory rights for a defective or incorrectly supplied product are not reduced by a promotion or final-sale label.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use the site to break the law; infringe another person’s rights; transmit malicious code; interfere with security or checkout; scrape or copy content at scale; submit false payment, delivery or identity information; resell access to the site; or attempt an unauthorised purchase, refund or promotion.

We may restrict access or cancel affected transactions where reasonably necessary to protect customers, DARENZ or the site. This does not remove any obligation to issue a refund that is legally due.

11. Intellectual property

The DARENZ name, marks, logos, monograms, campaign concepts, product names, photographs, films, writing, graphics, page design and other site content are owned by or licensed to DARENZ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the site and save order records for personal, non-commercial use. No other licence is granted.

You may not reproduce, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit DARENZ content without prior written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Third-party services and links

The site is powered by Shopify and may use payment, delivery, analytics, communication and other service providers. A third-party link or integration is provided for convenience and does not make DARENZ responsible for an independent service’s content or conduct. Review the terms and privacy notice presented by that service before using it.

13. Service availability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update or withdraw a feature without notice where reasonably necessary. If a technical issue affects a paid order, contact Client Services so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

14. Liability and consumer rights

Products and services are supplied with the protections required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, a defective product where liability cannot be excluded, or any statutory consumer right.

To the extent permitted by law, DARENZ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for loss caused by your misuse of a product, failure to follow its care instructions, inaccurate information supplied by you, or an event outside our reasonable control.

15. Events outside reasonable control

DARENZ is not responsible for delay caused by events it could not reasonably prevent, including severe weather, transport disruption, public emergency, government action, network failure, labour disruption or interruption at a service provider. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, keep affected customers informed and provide any remedy required by law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact Client Services or the DARENZ Grievance Officer first so the issue can be reviewed directly. Subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules, disputes are subject to the competent courts and consumer forums in Pune, Maharashtra. You retain the right to approach any consumer authority or forum available to you under applicable law.

17. Changes, severability and contact

We may update these terms to reflect a change in law, service or business practice. The date at the top identifies the current version. A material change will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If one provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
