Eternal is an acid wash waffle knit oversized full-sleeve t-shirt with a large back print: a face turned upward, dripping, under the word ETERNAL.

The front is plain. The back carries all of it: ETERNAL in tall serif capitals, a face drawn in heavy strokes of pale ink that run down like wet paint, and one small line beneath it: the echo of our deeds resonates throughout eternity, shaping our legacy.

The fabric is a textured 240 GSM waffle knit in washed charcoal grey. The cut is oversized with long sleeves: roomy through the body, easy on its own or over a tee when the evening turns cool.

GSM is the fabric's weight in grams per square metre. The higher the number, the heavier the fabric.

• Turn it inside out before washing.
• Machine wash cold, up to 30°C, on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. The acid wash is part of the colour. Wash it on its own for the first few washes.
• Use a mild detergent. No bleach.
• Do not wring. Press the water out and dry it flat, in the shade. Hung up wet, a waffle knit can stretch out of shape.
• No tumble dryer; heat shrinks the knit.
• Keep it away from zips, hook-and-loop fasteners and rough surfaces, which can pull the waffle texture.
• Steam it, or iron inside out on low heat, never directly on the print.
• Do not rub or scrub the print, and do not dry clean.
